I just want to leave a review of my experience with Adam Daywalt with American Legacy. I had ordered a rod combo on the 12th of the month and paid for 3-5 business USPS shipping. However, the tracking did not update after the 13th. I had reached out on multiple occasions and Adam went above and beyond trying to find a solution. He never failed to respond within 24 hours and sometimes even sooner. We eventually agreed it was lost as did USPS and another rod was sent which I received today.
So thank you Adam for taking the time on multiple occasions to deal with a frustrated customer. Your service really kept me in business with Legacy and I eventually ordered more items with no issues.
