Mick White caught this gorgeous mulloway at Nelson on the Glenelg River in Victora, Australia using a lure on a G. Loomis 842 IMX with 3 lb leader. The fish was estimated to be around 12lb. Excellent!

Awesome Barramundi

Stuart Rennick holds an awesome barramundi caught at Lake Awoonga, Gladstone, QLD. It was about 45″ long and almost 50 lbs! After a few pictures, it was released for another day. Way to go Stuart!

Monster 8lb Largemouth Bass

Scott Peretti was fishing on Candlewood Lake in New Fairfield, CT when this monster 8 lb largemouth took the bait. Like Scott said, this is a HUGE fish for this 5 lb largemouth lake. All we can say is “wow”!

Frank Wpo shows us how it’s done! Frank caught this 32 lb catfish using a Daiwa Steez rod, Shimano Stella reel, and 8 lb 8 lb line while split shot nightcrawler for bass. “What a surprise”, says Frank! Yep, we sure agree with that!

Gunther's new addition

Our Pal Gunther Van Ginneken from Belgium shows off one of the very first G. Loomis NRX rods we sold. He’s created the perfect outfit in our opinion by adding the Shimano Core reel. No doubt the NRX’s sensitivity will definitely increase Gunther’s catch ratio!

Gosh, we just love to see kids fishing, especially with their folks. David Kohler sent us this great picture of him and his son’s success on a recent striper fish trip off Boston. Those smiles are worth millions!

Frank Wpo, DDS of Fresno, California seems destined to catch all sorts of unusual aquatic life. Here he shows off a turtle caught on nightcrawlers using a Daiwa Steez rod and Shimano CI4-1000 spinning reel with Power Pro braid 20 lb braid. We’ll assume Frank released this bad boy!

Finally, Gunther Van Ginneken sent us this wonderful picture from Belgium. Just a great reason for all of us to get out on the water.
