     PICTURES from the BRAGGIN’ BOARD
PLEASE Send us some recent pictures!  Kids, Wives, Girl friends, Mom, or Dad, we love them all! Just attach them to an e-mail with a short explanation to [email protected] and we’ll make sure they are posted on the “Braggin’ Board”. We will also try to get them in our newsletter.

Nice 10lb Bass

OK, the picture of the 10 lb largemouth may be a little fuzzy, but that’s only because Steve Johnson doesn’t want to reveal anything about the South Carolina “farm pond” where this bad boy was caught. Hmmmmm.

Great catch!

Rachael Kren showed Dad Bob and brother Michael how it was done recently when she landed this nice 5 lb bass. Well done, Rachael!

Nice small pond bass

We keep telling everyone you don’t have to go far to catch really nice fish. Aaron Grubb says this beautiful 7 1/4 lb largemouth was caught about 5 miles from our store using a Lucky Craft Pointer. Now that’s nice!

Nice pike

Here’s another example of a BIG pike caught recently in Sweden by last month. Thanks to Philippe Neuville for showing us how it is done!

Barramundi

Terry Ellwood says he has to thank the H. Brook crew for helping him with this fabulous barramundi caught recently in Nalangi on the South Alligator River at Kakadu in Australia. Good job, Terry!

Reason to smile, nice catch

Greg Guy shows off an awfully nice barramundi from a recent trip on the South Alligator River. We think Guy’s smile says it all!

Nice 39" Northern Pike

Take a good look at this picture of a 39″ Northern Pike caught last week in Ontario, Canada. See the bite marks about half way down his side. Wonder what kind of monster would try to eat a fish this size? So did our friend Kirby King (pictured)!

G. Loomis strikes again

Gudmundur Falk caught this beautiful 14 pound Atlantic Salmon using a 1″ Skolli tube fly fishing the East Rangá River in Iceland. G-Man’s equipment was a G. Loomis 14′ Roaring River rod and fly lines from ALFC. Well done, G!

Nice redfish

Thanks to Kenny Metz for this great picture of a Louisiana redfish caught one a recent trip. The best part? This was caught on a ultra-light outfit! Well done, Kenny!

Beautiful walleye

It’s nice to see Gunther Van Ginneken of Belgium back on the water and catching very, very nice fish again. This zander (walleye) would be “picture-worthy” in anyone’s book. Way to go Gunther!

Awesome pinfish

Friend and serious fishing enthusiast Mike Lapiana ventured to Puerto Vallarta recently compliments of Captain Loro Aldo (Cpt. Big Al at www.Fortunasportfishing.com and once again proved his fishing expertise. This huge pinfish is just one example!

Nice striper

Our pal Bob Tartaglia says fishing off Cape Cod has been spectacular lately. This nice striper was caught by Bob using a G. Loomis 10 wt. NRX Fly Rod. Say a lot about the NRX’s power and Bob’s fishing skills!

Great day of fishing

Ken Kastoff will do anything to land a fish. This beautiful brown required Ken to beach the boat and run the rapids downstream about 100 yds to land. the 5X tippet required getting into the backing twice according to Ken. Bravo!

Awesome Tuna

Once again Mike Lapiana shows his fishing diversity. This nice tuna was caught on a recent trip to Puerto Vallarta using Loro Aldo’s boat www.fortunasportfishing.com We think Mike will have dinner for a long, long time!

Beautiful coral trout

Looks like this beautiful coral trout made Sze Fook Lim very happy while fishing in the Maldives last year. Lim was using a new Shimano Stella SW6000PG from ALFC. Way to go, Lim!

Monster catch

You know, sometime the kids just make us look bad. Case in point is Bob Tartaglia’s son with this very, very nice 7 lb largemouth caught using a watermelon colored Senko while fishing on Cape Cod. Dad should be proud!

Great way to end the day

The day was almost done when Gunther Van Ginneken caught this beauty. Looks like a perfect ending to a perfect day to us!
