We really don’t need to tell all our regular customers about our Fantastic Xpress Rod and Reel Trade-In Program. It has become America’s BEST Trade-In Program with extremely generous Trade-In Allowances throughout the year. But, once a year we increase those allowances by between 10% to 20% in the Spring so you can trade in those unused rods and reels against anything we sell in our store. It can be a rod, reel, line, sunglasses, tackle bags, anything new we sell! Here’s your chance to get Brand New 2013 gear and not lose your shirt on last year’s stuff. But we only do this for one more WEEK.
So, gather up any of the rods and reels you wish to trade-in and , Get a quote quick: Use the Trade-In Form, call us at 877-402-6350, fax us at 812-402-6352, or walk into to our beautiful showroom in Evansville, Indiana. We will promptly quote you a trade-in value based on the model and condition of the merchandise.
On each trade-in, there will be a $10, $20, or $30 fee (USA Addresses Only) for a prepaid return shipping label depending on whether you are trading in rods, reels, or both. If we agree upon a trade-in value, you will be free to pick out any fully priced items that you are interested in purchasing.
There are two ways that we do trade-in transactions:
Option One: Once you have determined what you would like to purchase, we will charge your credit card for the full price of the item(s) you are purchasing. Those items will be shipped immediately to you along with a prepaid FedEx return shipping label. Whe you receive your order, simply take the new items out of their package and replace them with the used trade-in items. Drop the package of at FedEx, and we’ll refund your credit card for the difference as soon as they are received and inspected.
Option Two: Once you have determined what you would like to purchase, we will put the items on hold for you and email you a prepaid FedEx return shipping label. You will then have to package up your used trade-in items and send them back to us. As soon as we receive your items and inspect them, we will charge your credit card the difference (if there is one) and ship your new items out that same day.
We expect the condition of all rods and reels to be honestly and accurately described. If we receive the trades in lesser condition than described, we will re-evaluate the values and call you back to discuss possible options. This very rarely happens, but we do greatly appreciate accurate descriptions of your trade-ins. We cannot accept any rods or reels that are house brands. That includes reels or rods that are a Bass Pro Shops, Cabela’s, Gander Mountain, or Dick’s Sporting Goods name brand. Also, we cannot accept rods that have been modified from the factory condition. This includes tip top replacement, guide replacement, handle modification, and any other modification that would diminish the resale value. We cannot accept any rods or reels that are damaged in any way that would affect their performance or functionality. And we cannot accept rods or reels deemed “vintage” where collector value is greater than functional value. Finally, we reserve the right to confirm ownership and to refuse any rod or reel.
It’s that simple, so now that Spring is just about here be sure you take advantage of this great trade-in program, especially now that trade-in values are increased by 10% to 20% more! Remember, this deal only lasts for the next week and will expire Monday, March 18, 2013. Don’t Delay!
