This is one of Tom’s absolutely favorite rods. He has 4 of these! It was designed as a saltwater jigging rod, but he uses it for all kinds of fish such as walleye, redfish, speckled sea trout, northern pike, etc. The action doesn’t really tell the whole story on this rod. It has a longer butt, but fishes great and casts a mile. It’s a super-high modulus blank (Extremely sensitive) with Fuji Alconite guides, premium Fuji reel seat, and EVA handle. These are the PLUS reels, not just the regular Megaforce reels.
