Nice Zander

Once again Gunther Van Ginneken shows us that neither wind nor rain nor dead of night can stop him from catching zander in Belgium. And from a float tube much less!

Beautiful amberjack

Randy Marcum sends us this picture of a beautiful amberjack caught recently off Gainesville, Florida. Randy says these guys are actually great eating as well as a fun catch. This bad boy look like he would feed the whole crew!

Excellent day of fishing

Does it get any better than this? Two beautiful ladies and a boat load of California stripers caught out of San Luis Reservoir seem to say “nope”. Scott Randall’s wife Denise and daughter Michelle got a limit of these 8-10 lb babies by trolling and drifting plug cut anchovies. Well done, ladies!

60lb Chinook

Talk about a catch! Don Chan caught this 60+ lb. Chinook on the Kasiks River [at the mouth with the Skeena River] in Northwestern BC using (get this) a 12′ B&M Crappy Rod with a Daiwa 2500 spinning reel and 12# test Fusion line! 35 minutes later Don landed this marvelous fish and then he was released. Double Bravo to Don!

Alligator Gar

Jasnie sends us this “historic” picture of him and an alligator gar. He was the first Singaporean to hook such a fish in the local waters.Making history one day at a time!

Awesome Steelhead

Jeff Backowski sends us this great picture of Julie Roberts of Grand Rapids, Michigan and her 11 lb steelhead caught recently using a G. Loomis STR1201S rod. Fantastic!

Monster catch

This picture shows us that Mike Lapiana can catch some BIG fish as well as pretty ones. We’re convinced!

Excellent Catch

There seems to be a contest between Mike Lapiana and his brother Joe over who can catch the biggest fish. Trying to be as politically correct as possible, you’ll have to judge if Joe’s fish (shown here) is bigger than Mikes. We’re staying neutral!

Beautiful Trout

Here’s another great picture from Lucian Gizel of a beautiful trout taken on the Au Sable River from his kayak. No doubt Lucian know how to hook these guys!

Great Grouper Catch!

Kamal Al Sultan shows us all how it’s done in Kuwait. These two “perfect eating sized” grouper surely ended up on Kamal’s table. Bravo, Kamal!

Awesome 13lb Barramundi

Ahmad Norzami Borhan holds an awesome 13 lb barramundi recently caught trolling in Bagan Lalang, Sepang, Malaysia. What a great catch!

Nice Smallie

Seems that Dr. Sam Chin has found a honey spot in northern Illinois as this very nice 3 1/2 smallie shows. This fish was caught shore fishing as the wind was just too much for the trolling motor. Well done, Dr. Sam!

Awesome Boat

Wow! Dan McRorie shows off his brand new 25’ Contender which he “Christened” recently off Rottnest Island in Western Australia. We know Dan will be sending us some great pictures now that he has this beauty!

Awesome Walleye

Here’s another very nice 6 1/2 lb walleye caught by Gary Nesemeier on his “Mystery Lake” in northern Illinois. A very nice fish indeed!

Very nice smallie

Our great friend Steve Cones caught this very nice smallie this last Tuesday on Lake Barkley. As much as we kid Steve, he really is a very good fisherman. Well done, my friend!

Awesome sampson fish

On Dan McRorie’s second drop off Rottnest Island in western Australia resulted in this good looking Sampson fish. Great way to Christen that new boat, Dan!

Happy Halloween

No, this isn’t some new species of fish. But it IS a wonderful Halloween pumpkin carving done by Adam Jaynes to celebrate that recent day. And so well done!
