Mark Hinderliter is so lucky! He’s fishing Lake Okeechobee in Florida in January where it’s W-A-R-M and lands this nice 8 lb largemouth. Note that great EGO2 floating landing net and Mark wearing shorts! Doesn’t get any better!

Thanks to great friend Dr. Bill Wooten for this wonderful picture of Bill (he’s the old guy) with his great nephews Innis, Cap, and Andrew on a fishing trip to Bennett Springs, Missouri. Looks like Uncle Bill and the boys had a great time!

If there’s anything that makes a kid smile more than catching a fish we’d be hard pressed to come up with it. Thanks to Dr. Bill Wooten for this picture of great nephew Andrew with his nice trout!

A super big “thank you” to Bob Daly who took this wonderful picture in Laos while on a fishing expedition. Bob spent time at a rural school passing out gifts to these beautiful local children. We think the picture says a lot about how well Bob was received!

John Salazar’s brother Gerald shows off a couple of very nice redfish caught on a recent trip fishing a marsh area off the intercoastal in Louisiana. Gerald’s group of 3 limited out at 15 keepers in 4 hours!

Holy moly! Lavern Holifield caught this amazing 32 lb, 61 1/2″ longnose gar while jigging on the Black River in northeast Arkansas using a G. Loomis 6’9″ rod, Shimano Chronarch CH200E6 reel, and Spiderwire braid. This fish was just 3 lbs. short of the Arkansas state record!

This Florida lunker largemouth was caught by Marty Malmquist recently in (warm) Florida bank fishing using a Megabass rod and Shimano reel. Very, very nice!

Our great friend Zamzi Borhan shows off a very nice 10 lb barracuda caught while fishing the Sepang Kecil River in Malaysia. Well done, Zamzi!

We all know that sooner or later winter will end and pictures like this will be de rigueur. Until then, enjoy!
