Braggin’ Board Pictures | March 6, 2011

March 4, 2011 By Fishing Pro Leave a Comment

PLEASE Send us some recent pictures! Kids, Wives, Girlfriends, Mom, or Dad, we love them all! Just attach them to an e-mail with a short explanation to [email protected] and we’ll make sure they are posted on the “Braggin’ Board”. We will also try to get them in our newsletter.

Beautiful 25lb Mackerel

Our friend Kamal Sultan has scored again with these two beautiful 25 lb mackerel. We think Kamal’s big smile says it all!

Great catch...Nice hat!

John Salazar’s granddaughter Ainsley is justifiably proud of this largemouth bass caught around West Monroe, Louisiana. Proud grandpa John says Ainsley is a true outdoor girl and loves to fish and hunt.

Nice 100lb Suribim

Thanks to Bob Daly for sending this fantastic picture of a 100 lb Suribim caught at La Zona in Argentina recently. We can only imagine what a fight this was!

Just a little snow???

We just had to include this picture of Kirk Immens (our G. Loomis and Shimano buddy) facing the aftermath of the recent Chicago area blizzard. Are we ALL ready for spring yet?!

California Black Bass

Sam Olson holds a very nice black bass caught in California while the rest of us were freezing out in the hinterlands! Come on summer!

Nice San francisco Bay Sturgeon

We’re guessing Sam Olson is pretty proud of this San Francisco Bay sturgeon. We’re proud Sam sent us this marvelous picture!

Another Sturgeon from San Francisco Bay

Mike Lewis holds a nice sturgeon from San Francisco bay caught recently. These fish fight!

Family fishing fun

Sam Olson and son Atticus (we love that name!) share a wonderful father and son moment at a local trout farm. Nothing better than fishing with kids!

Bullhead Catfish on a spinnerbait?

How about a bullhead catfish caught on a spinnerbait? Seeing is believing says Scott Lafleur, who was kind enough to send us this “evidence”.

Truth...

There’s something profoundly prophetic about Sam Olson’s tattoo. We’re guessing our readers can figure this out all by themselves!

Big heart, little mouth

We’re always amazed when small fish hit big lures as evidenced by this bluegill Scott Lafleur caught. Scott says the little guy had lot of heart; we certainly agree!

Good day of fishing!

It looks like Bill Kiehl’s son Tyler has done well fishing judging from these bottom bass. Our compliments as well for his pretty companion. Looks like a perfect day to us!

Wow 13.4lb Largemouth

How about a 13.4 lb largemouth? Bob Daly sent us this picture. We’re not sure who this lucky fisherman is but we do know he was guided by Captain Eddie Bussard out of the Orlando, Florida area. Contact Captain Eddie at http://www.basschallenger.com

Bimini Dolphin...Record?

Our friend John (Freddy) Wilson sends us this picture of what should be a new IGFA record for a dolphin (Mahi Mahi) caught off Bimini New Year’s weekend. This monster weighed in at 112 lbs. The old IGFA record? 87.7 lbs. WOW!

Splash!

Scott Lafleur’s cousin Damion’s expression says it all just as Scott hit a wave that came over the bow while fishing Webster Lake in Massachusetts.

Please, folks, send us some of your pictures. We’re not after trophies, just pictures of fish you’re proud of. It’s easy. Just attached them to an email and send them to us at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to get them in the newsletter. Send them in to us!
