Kamal Al Sultan’s fishing trip to the Maldives had a great start as illustrated by this baby. Way to go, Kamal!

Joe Pozzi from Burr Ridge, IL caught and released this 60 lb Tarpon casting in the Caribbean with live a sardine on #4 circle hook. Well done, Joe!

Our friend Roland Zwyssig from Switzerland caught this beautiful salmon while fishing out of Peters Creek, Alaska using a G. Loomis 12’6″ NRX Scandi rod. Great job, Roland!

Richard Cheek and fishing buddy Hal both made casts from opposite sides of the boat and this is the result. A 6 1/4 and a 5 1/2 lb largemouth taken out of Guntersville Lake in Alabama!

Joe Pozzi sends us this great picture from his trip last month in Belize. Can you say “FUN”!!?

Barry Battista was recently fishing out of La Paz, Mexico with Baja Pirates Fishing Fleet (www.bajapiratesoflapaz.com) and landed this beautiful dorado. Great fish and great eating!

When you fish out of Venice, Louisiana you will always enjoy some good food. Frank Vincent’s crew looks like they can confirm this in a big way!

Venice, Louisiana continues to amaze us with great redfish fishing. Thanks to Frank Vincent for this great picture showing a day’s catch of nice keeper reds. It doesn’t get much better!

Less than 2 weeks ago T.C. Nash and friend Ramey hooked these two 6+ lb reds. All on light (10 lb test) gear. Fun day!

Joe Pozzi didn’t specifically say so, but we suspect he’s about to give this fish a kiss before release!

Our pal Gunther Van Ginneken is still landing huge fish while fishing from his float tube in Belgium. This pike is certainly proof of that! Well done, G-man!

The Sea of Cortez yielded this scrumptious fish roast for Joe Pozzi one day last August. Can you say “Sushi”?

Yea, we had to include this picture from Barry Battista. This is what happens when outboard prop meets immoveable rock on Newboro Lake in Ontario. Darn!

Tommy Guillemette’s brother proudly displays a beautiful brown smallie caught in Grand Lac St-FranÃ§ois QuÃ©bec, Canada recently. Equipment used was a Shimano Cumara 6.8″ M/H, X-Fast, a Quantum Smoke baitcasting reel, 15 lb test Power Pro braid, 10 lb Seaguar Fluorocarbon leader, and Yum Crawbug. Perfect!

Ironically this picture sent in by Barry Battista from Newboro Lake in Ontario is very close to the scene described in Tom’s story this issue.Now you can only imagine…..

With Fall in the air this great shot from Barry Battista’s trip to Loon Lake in Ontario only serves to remind us that Fall fishing is truly a beautiful thing.
