Braggin Board Pictures | October 30, 2011

November 17, 2011 By Fishing Pro Leave a Comment

PLEASE Send us some recent pictures!  Kids, Wives, Girlfriends, Mom, or Dad, we love them all! Just attach them to an e-mail with a short explanation to [email protected] and we’ll make sure they are posted on the “Braggin’ Board”. We will also try to get them in our newsletter.

Musky Hunter!

Gerald Novick says this 33 lb musky went 47″ when they measured after landing this great fish on Lake Kincaid in Kentucky. And you thought that Kentucky only had bass!

Nice catch!

What can we say? Kamal Al Sultan once again scores some very nice fish in Kuwait. This “assortment” included a Grouper, a Snapper and four Kings. Kamal says, “life is good.” We totally agree!

Successful Catch

One of our pros, Seth Brown, shows of a very successful catch from a recent Classic Tournament on Kentucky Lake. We’re convinced that Seth’s t-shirt had a lot to do with his success!

The making of a reel fisherman!

We just couldn’t resist this picture of Tom and Dixie’s granddaughter Tessa showing off some new bait she just dug up. This gal’s going to be a real fisherman!

Fish Dog!

Bret Lai obviously knows who is boss when he goes fishing. Rasta is an avid fisherman and Bret says he not only loves to fish, but unasked will help with landing anything on Bret line!

Great catch from Alaska!

Our pal Bob Daly sent us this picture from his recent trip to Alaska. Take a look at Bob’s article on fishing of day past at his blog which is: http://doradokiller.blogspot.com/2011/10/fishing-of-days-past.html.

Nice Northern Pike!

Stephan Wolthuis sends us this great picture of a very nice northern pike recently caught in Sweden. Stephen’s G. Loomis rod can be seen in the background. Well done, Stephan!

Awesome Catch!

Todd Mullis says he and friends from South Georgia just got back from their annual “Running of the Bulls” in Venice, Louisiana.  Todd caught this nice bull where the Mississippi River dumps into the Gulf of Mexico and released it to fight another day.  Todd caught this bad boy on his G. Loomis Mag Bass MBR843C IMX rod!

Nice 20lb Cod

Frank Beckman sent us this wonderful picture of Greg Simmons of Phoenix, Arizona landing a awesome 20 lb ling cod in the Pacific Ocean in Shawl Bay British Columbia. Greg was using 30 lb Sunline and a Daiwa Team Daiwa reel that we had the good fortune to supply him with.  Fantastic picture, guys!

Awesome Redfish!

Venice, Louisiana once again produces some amazing redfish as evidenced by this “triple” sent to us by Bob daly. These three bad boys all weighed in at 28 lbs each!

Very Nice Northern Pike

Buff Highland just returned from Manitoba, Canada and sends us this picture of a very nice northern pike. Buff says they didn’t get any monsters which they have come to expect, but we don’t know anyone who wouldn’t be happy with this nice fish!

Monster King Salmon, Wow!

Holy moly, Mike Lapiana just sent us this great picture of a monster king salmon which went 28 1/2 lbs and 38 inches! Mike and guide Bob Mansel say they caught 80 kings over 2 days and broke off over 200! This guy took over 40 minutes to land on Mike’s G. Loomis Greased Line fly rod.

Interesting catch!?

Now we don’t know exactly what bait Gunther Van Ginneken was using when he caught this “item”, but it looks like a jerk bait. Any further comment from us would probably get us in some trouble………………

Please, folks, send us some of your pictures. We’re not after trophies, just pictures of fish you’re proud of. It’s easy. Just attached them to an email and send them to us at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to get them in the newsletter. Send them in to us!
