What a beauty

Joe Lapiana sends this great picture of a king salmon caught this spring during a warm snap. We’re betting brother Mike is jealous!

Whopping 5lb walleye

We don’t hear from Andrew Herein that often, but when we do he always has a nice fish to show us. This beautiful 5 lb walleye is just such an example caught on the Danube River in Hungary!

Hot weather = big bass!?

Leave it up to Roger Summers to catch big bass even when the weather is hot, hot, hot. This nice largemouth is just one example of Roger’s fishing prowess!

Way to go!

8 year old Kaden Rypka catches all his own fish while fishing on LacSeul in Canada with no help from Grandpa Tom Rypka. Kaden says, “here’s proof!” We’re convinced!

Crappie anyone

OK, it’s not a big fish, but for a crappie it’s definitely a keeper. Mike Lapiana has brother Joe to thank for sending us this great picture!

Monster smallmouth bass

Our great friend Kevin Reeder holds one monster smallie caught recently in Oklahoma. Daughter Sky says dad was very happy with this guy. Figure about 6 – 6 1/2 pounds. Bravo, Kevin and thanks to Sky for the photo!

Great day of fishing, the smile says it all

Wanna’ know how to make a kid happy? Put a rod and reel in his hands and put him on some big northern pike. Kaden Rypka did just that with grandson Kaden while fishing Lake LacSeul in Canada recently. This 38″ pike would make anyone’s day!

Gunther and his wels catfish

It wouldn’t be a ALFC newsletter without an amazing picture from Gunther Van Ginneken and this one’s a great example. Gunther and his Outcast tube have all they can handle with this huge Wels catfish caught in Belgium!

Great day on the water

Great friend Kamal Al Sultan looks like he has his hands full with a nice blue fin on the other end while off Prince Edward Island, Canada. This ended up being a 500 pounder which was released by the side of the boat! His smile says it all!

Striper..... Where? Ohhhh, awesome!

Did someone say “stripers”? Terry Neugine and grandsons Cris and Eric show off a nice days catch from Lake Texhoma caught during a recent trip. Can you say “fun, fun, fun”?!

Personal best 48 3/4" snook

This 48 3/4″ snook was a personal best for Joe Lapiana while recently fishing down in Florida. That had to have been one fun fight! Well done, Joe!

Awesome catch!

The picture says it all. Our friend Gordon Erdman displays an awesome catch. Way to go!

Beautiful El Dorado

Here’s another great shot from Gordon Erdman displaying an nice El Dorado. Great Catch!

Another nice catch

Our store manager Adam Daywalt shows off a great bass caught on Kentucky Lake.

Good day on the lake

Dane Allen shows us how it’s done on a recent trip to Kentucky Lake.

Another beautiful sunset

Finally, here’s a good reason for all of us to fish. Thanks to Gunther Van Ginneken for this wonderful shot.
