Choosing to Shop With Us Means Much More Than Great Sales
We have extended our normal 30-day return period to 60 days in an effort to help you buy with confidence this holiday season. If you or the person receiving your gift is not 100% satisfied with it, you may return the product in new condition within 60 days completely free of charge.
This 60-day return period will apply to any order placed between now and December 31st. We will return to our normal 30-day return policy at the beginning of 2023.
Our standard for processing your orders does not change during the holiday season. Any order that we receive before 2PM CST is guaranteed to be packed and shipped regardless of how busy we get this season.
We will process your orders with care and efficiency to make sure that your gifting process is as stress free as possible. We do, however, offer no advice on disguising a rod tube once its under your tree.
There is a fine line between conceitedness and acknowledging one’s own desirable characteristics. For us, we have to avoid sounding too full of ourselves when we tout the level of customer service that we are happy to provide every day.
We honestly prefer to leave out the “Customer” part of “Customer Service” because we truly view everyone reading this as our friends, and true friends do everything in their power to make sure that they’re taken care of in every sense of the phrase.
