I am in shock by the way Jacob Garverick has helped me through a rod return/replacement! I received my rod tube broken in half from USPS, with my Shimano West coast teramar in the same shape. I immediately called your store, and was quickly transferred to Jacob. Even though it was minutes from closing time, he spent half an hour working with me to find a replacement. The rod I originally ordered was the last in stock, and to make matters worse, was also discontinued. At this point, I’m starting to stress because of a dry Tortuga’s trip I’m scheduled to be on leaving on the 24th, and I’m essentially out a mutton snapper rod. Jacob helped me find a suitable replacement and offered over night air shipping to make sure I was geared up for this trip.
