Genuinely, there was no need for a gift card. The way that you addressed the problem was more than enough satisfaction for me. Seldom do I find, in the near past, a philosophy that you exhibited toward my problem today. Caring about the customer and their concern is a lost part of mass merchandising today. I really felt that you were concerned and were making every effort to correct the problem.. That in its self was reassuring. I am a confirmed customer now, if not solely for your management interface and customer service. Thanks a million!
